United Kingdom: 3-5 business days — free on orders over £150 (£5.95 below).
Europe: 4-7 business days — free on orders over £150 (£12 below).
Rest of world: 5-10 business days — free on orders over £150 (£18 below).

UK Next Day: £9.95 — orders placed before 1pm ship same-day, delivered next business day.
International Express: 2-4 business days — £24.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

UK returns are complimentary. International returns are the customer's responsibility.

1. Email returns@serene.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label (UK) or return instructions (international).
3. Pack your item in its original box and drop off at any post office.
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Custom-engraved pieces, personalised gift cards, and earrings (for hygiene) are final sale.
